• Perishable Goods: As our products include perishable items such as mangoes and other fruits, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, you can request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.

• Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

• Express Delivery: For select locations, we offer express delivery options at an additional cost. Express orders are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the shipment status.
